Vintage 1970s Women’s Black Leather Riding Boots – Size 9½ C
Beautiful pair of tall black leather equestrian riding boots dating to the mid-1970s, based on original newspapers found stuffed inside from 1977.
These are traditional pull-on English field/dress riding boots made from exceptionally soft, high-quality leather. The leather has aged beautifully and remains supple with a rich sheen.

• Tall English riding style
• Pull-on design (no zipper)
• Leather soles with stitched construction
• Low stacked heel with rubber top lift
• Interior stamp: 9½ C / 16 / 578 / 685
• Likely British or American equestrian maker (no brand marked)

Measured with boot standing naturally.
