Orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Within the United States

Needlework Farmhouse currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination, package size and nature of the item.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Combined and Separate Shipping

When multiple items can be safely packaged together, we combine shipping whenever practical. Fragile, oversized or unusually shaped items may require their own carton for safe delivery. In those cases, shipping for that item is calculated separately from the remainder of the purchase at checkout.

This is especially important for some large lamps, large boxed items and other bulky merchandise that cannot safely share a shipping carton with another purchase.

Careful Packaging

Every item is packaged thoughtfully, with special attention given to antique, vintage and fragile pieces. Whenever possible, clean and appropriate recycled packing materials may be used to protect your purchase while reducing unnecessary waste.

Please Check Your Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect it.

Shipping Problems or Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the item, packaging and shipping materials. Photographs of the package and damage will help us evaluate the situation and work toward a resolution.
