Vintage Electric Lamp Electrical Safety: Vintage lamps may retain older wiring, sockets, plugs, or other electrical components. Even when functioning properly, we recommend that all vintage lighting be inspected and, when appropriate, rewired by a qualified professional before use unless professional rewiring is specifically stated. The buyer assumes responsibility for ensuring the lamp is safe and suitable for use.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition with age-appropriate surface variation, small marks, spots and patina to the brass. The brass has not been aggressively polished. Both lamps have new matching harps and brass finials; one brass turn knob has been replaced. The navy blue silk/fabric shades show normal evidence of previous use. Please review all photographs closely.
An elegant matching pair of vintage Baldwin brass candlestick table lamps paired with tailored navy blue button-pleated shades. Their slender architectural silhouettes feature stepped circular bases, tapered columns, molded bands and restrained classical detailing.
Baldwin branding appears on the undersides and sockets, and the lamps are labeled Made in China. Exact manufacturing date is unknown.
Measurements:
Overall height: approximately 22"
Base diameter: approximately 6"
Shades: approximately 10.5" bottom diameter x 6" top diameter x 8.5" high
Sold as a matching pair with shades.
The first image is AI-generated for styling inspiration only. Please refer to the actual item photographs for exact appearance, color, proportions, construction and condition. Other objects shown in the lifestyle image are not included.
Vintage brass naturally develops patina, tarnish, age spots and surface variation. These characteristics are expected with age and contribute to the individual character of vintage metalwork.
