CONDITION: Very good vintage commercial condition with substantial authentic age and use throughout. The wood displays scratches, scuffs, surface wear, staining, color variation, edge wear and other marks consistent with an original working wine crate. Remnants of an old applied paper label survive on one side, including a visible “1982” marking. Two very small drilled holes are present in the bottom panel; these may have resulted from previous mounting or display, although their original purpose is unknown. The crate remains visually striking and appears structurally sound. Please examine all photographs closely, as they form an important part of the condition description.
