A remarkable example of East Tennessee textile craftsmanship, this large vintage patchwork quilt was handmade and hand quilted by Ruby South and retains its sewn maker's label reading, “Made Especially for You by Ruby South.” Measuring approximately 106 inches long by 75 inches wide, it is an exceptionally colorful, highly detailed textile with the visual presence to serve equally well as functional bedding or as a collected piece of American folk art.
