CONDITION: Beautiful vintage condition overall. The cream ceramic body and colorful floral decoration present exceptionally well. The lamp has been completely rewired and includes a like-new cream fabric shade with gathered ruffle trim. Two small feet are missing from the rear of the ornate metal base. This is considerably less noticeable when displayed normally but is disclosed and shown in the photographs.
Vintage Electric Lamp Electrical Safety: This lamp has been completely rewired. As with all vintage lighting, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the lamp remains safe and suitable for use in their home.
A wonderfully romantic vintage boudoir lamp featuring an elegant cream ceramic urn-form body decorated with pink, blue and yellow flowers. Sculptural swan-form handles flank the body, while an ornate aged metal base provides a beautiful finishing detail.
The like-new cream bell shade is exceptionally well suited to the lamp, with generously gathered ruffle trim creating the soft, feminine appearance associated with vintage boudoir lighting. Estimated Circa: 1950s–1960s. Maker unknown/unmarked.
The aged metal base retains its natural surface variation and patina and has not been aggressively polished.
