Condition: Both vintage lampshades display age-related discoloration, surface toning, and scattered spots consistent with their age and previous use. The floral artwork remains attractive, with strong color and well-defined detailing. Decorative lacing is present along the upper and lower edges, and the metal spider supports appear intact. No obvious major tears or structural collapse are visible in the photographs. Please examine all actual item photographs carefully for condition details.
A beautifully coordinated pair of vintage floral lampshades featuring oversized pink roses, soft green foliage, and distinctive dark botanical outlines against warm parchment-colored backgrounds. Their decorative laced edges and generous proportions evoke the romantic interiors of the late 1950s and early 1960s.
The striking rose illustrations give these shades an especially appealing decorative presence. Their substantial size makes them well suited to appropriately proportioned vintage ceramic, brass, or traditional table lamps. Displayed together, they offer an elegant opportunity to create coordinated lighting in a bedroom, living room, or sitting area.
The parchment-like covering, exposed decorative stitching, and metal spider fittings are characteristic of mid-century lampshade construction. The exact manufacturer and production date are unknown.
