The set includes an open creamer, covered sugar bowl with its original coordinating lid, and rectangular handled tray. Together they create a finished coffee or tea service that works equally well on a formal table, breakfast buffet, modern coffee bar or vintage-inspired kitchen display.
Wexford is distinguished by its intricate diamond-patterned pressed glass, which catches and reflects light beautifully. The pattern gives the pieces much of the visual presence of cut crystal while retaining the substantial, practical character associated with American pressed glass. The scalloped details, footed forms and pointed finial on the sugar-bowl lid add particularly nice dimension when the set is displayed together.
This example is in exceptionally fine vintage condition. I find no chips, cracks, crazing or scratches. The sugar bowl retains its lid, and both the covered sugar and open creamer fit properly on the coordinating tray. Please examine all photographs closely, as they form an important part of the condition description.
