CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or missing components observed. The solid brass retains wonderful naturally developed patina, including age spotting, tarnish and subtle surface variation consistent with decades of age. The turned solid wood retains a rich, glossy finish with minor age-related surface variation. We have intentionally not aggressively polished the brass, preserving the character and patina that have developed naturally over time. Please review all photographs closely as they form an important part of the condition description.

Their exact maker and wood species are unknown, and neither is attributed here. Based upon their materials, construction and design, we estimate the pair to date to the mid-century period.
