Even when functioning properly, we recommend vintage lighting be inspected and, when appropriate, rewired by a qualified professional before use. The buyer assumes responsibility for ensuring the lamp is safe and suitable for use in their home.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Both lamps are tested and working. Brass-tone metal shows natural age-related patina, spotting, surface variation and minor wear. The two lamps have aged slightly differently, though the difference is subtle when displayed together. They have two different dark brown cords. Both aqua embroidered shades are new; one has a few small flecks visible inside. Please review photographs closely.
A stately matched pair of vintage table lamps featuring beautifully turned wood centers accented with ornate antique brass-tone metalwork. Pierced filigree bands above the wood bodies and around the bases give these lamps exceptional decorative presence, while the warm wood grain adds richness and character.
New aqua shades with brown embroidered geometric patterns complement the wood and aged metal beautifully. Their substantial scale makes the pair ideal for flanking a sofa, bed, buffet or console and particularly well suited to traditional, English country, grandmillennial and Regency-influenced interiors.
Measurements: Each lamp is approximately 20.75" from base to socket. Shades measure approximately 11" top diameter x 13" bottom diameter x 9" high.
Maker: Unknown
Estimated Circa: 1960–1979
The brass-tone metal has not been aggressively polished; natural patina and surface variation have been retained as part of its vintage character.
The first image is AI-generated for styling inspiration only.
